Honestly, macs are geared more towards people who don’t have technological know how to piece together a good PC. No real enthusiast uses a mac, because well… Think about it. Overclocking a mac? Nope. BIOS is locked up. You wanna upgrade your mac desktop, maybe put a new mobo in? Sure, go ahead and void your warranty.

It’s funny how all the people who say MACs are the best can’t use proper English or write a sensible sentence. By the way, almost all new laptops come with built in webcams.

I’ve never used a Mac. All I know is if I had to save enough to buy one it would have taken forever. To Windows credit they make computers far more affordable for the average person.

@BlackboxLy The only reason why Macs are better than PCs for photo editing and graphic design is because the screen is IPS and not TN. The reason Macs are not for gaming is because IPS panels are horrible for gaming. I guess you could say they are “built” for photo editing, but you could also buy an IPS panel monitor for 400$ for a PC regardless.
Other than that there is absolutely no difference between a Mac and a PC for photo editing.

@kiashadowwave nah i know its quite possible to build a pc better than a mac i actually built one myself it sits on my desk surrounded by macs, and that doesn’t make macs seem cooler macs are cooler for there design mac are good at photo editing because its one of the things there built for its not a misconception its something there built for yes, your right photoshop is photoshop regardless of what OS its ran on but i would pick a computer built to do it than a computer with a popular OS.

Macs are overpriced, if you really want Mac’s OS then just buy a PC and install it. Windows is better, only idiots get viruses.
